I have worked with the company nearly 3 years and they have always supported me in ways that they can. I have a very good relationship with the PEADS nurse ( George) and the office staff. I run x2 packages in Lincolnshire and i am always supported when needed to ensure that the packages run smoothly. If i ever have a problem the office staff are good to help to find a solution to the situation. Very good company to work for.

I’ve just started working for empowering you after a package switch over and the manager Andy is great and understanding and friendly. Few teething problems when starting how ever they were sorted the staff are supportive as that’s something I’ve got to get used to. They are always at end of the phone and sort things straight away. All staff help in different ways, and they train you to highest standard in the work place. My little team are great and looking forward to moving forward with them progressing as I go along.

I have worked at Empowering U for just over 6 months as a Client Consultant. All members of the team were so welcoming when I started which was so refreshing. Whilst at times my role can be challenging and stressful i always feel extremely supported and know that my team is only a call away if I need advice or support or just a chat. Both operational and clinical management are fantastic, i feel valued and appreciated within this company which unfortunately is not something i have ever been able to say when previously working in a care setting.
