What a wonderful store full of beautiful things to decorate your home. Lesley the owner has such any eye for all things beautiful for your home. She is also a very talented florist with such a vast array of beautiful dried flowers. She is such a welcoming person and wonderful to chat to. We bought a few things for our cottage which look amazing we are so happy with our purchases and look forward to returning to the shop and Haworth in the not too distant future. it was a beautiful store and it had so many items that i was so ready to sling my purse out and buy them!! the store was that beautiful, i decided to take some photos to basically promote the business (i always support small businesses), and then thought that a video would be better so you could really capture the beauty of the shop. i’m hearing impaired so i really appreciate anything that is beautiful as i rely on things that are visual. i began to notice that the shop owner was following me which made me really uncomfortable. i moved closer to my dad, and nudged him to make him aware. i then brushed it off and began filming the shop, but unfortunately she raised her voice at me, in front of other customers, telling me to stop filming. i was so embarrassed, she could’ve handled the situation better by approaching me and not shouting across the shop. there was no sign to say that photography or filming was not allowed, hence why i decided to do so. i’m so gutted that the shop was so beautiful but the owner was not polite. i ended up having to walk out as she made me upset, leaving my family in the shop. i never want to return to the shop again, unless there was a different owner, or just somebody nicer... 🤷♀️

My mother and I visited this beautiful shop last June while staying in Haworth. The owner and her dog were super friendly and knowledgeable on the best places to eat! We chatted for some time and would have been happy to stay longer! Purchased some beautiful candles and a few others items for gifts. Absolutely delightful and I’m looking forward to taking my daughter in March.

I always look forward to going to this shop. Such a beautiful collection of items. The owner is extremely warm and helpful, you can tell she has a real passion for creating an environment full of unique items. Im surprised to see people complaining about not being able to take photos and then giving a poor score because of this. This is an independent store and it must take a huge amount of time to source items and curate this lovley space. We will be back again soon! 🙂

I knew I needed to come to The Store with my Mum on Haworth’s ‘late shopping night’ as it’s always so beautifully displayed. Was shocked to overhear the owner whispering about me to two other customers due to me taking a couple of photos. Very unprofessional and immature for a grown woman. Wasn’t shocked to find another review of the same nature - if you don’t want people to take photos in your shop, put up signs or ask politely to not do so. Or, otherwise, take it as the compliment it is, as your shop is picturesque. Which, I would’ve told you if you’d of paused for a second from gossiping about me. Not very Haworth-ly.
