We hired a vehicle for a 1 way journey being 150 miles. Firstly the car wasn't ready & had a large scratch down the side, so they decided to give us another 1, which delayed us leaving. The vehicle we had, kept displaying ⚠️ warnings, 1 being tyre pressures low, & the other being key battery 🔋 low. Which made us quite anxious, especially as most of the journey was motorway, so we stopped to blow tyres up, but this warning ⚠️ still showed.. When we got to handover the vehicle which we drove extremely carefully, they found a tiny & I mean a tiny rip in the outside of the tyre, & accused us of being in an accident or hitting a pot hole. Fortunately we took a video of vehicle before leaving, so we managed to screen shot the tyre in question, zoom in extremely close & could see that the tyre was already damaged. They are holding our £200 deposit & have not bothered to contact us. Without our footage, we wouldn't have a leg to stand on, so if you do hire, please take a video of the entire vehicle body & tyres all round. We won't be using them again 😒

If you don't take extra insurance on the vehicle then make sure to take high quality photos of the car, including the tyres!! When I returned the vehicle I had hired, they "found" tiny marks on the sidewall of one of the tyres. In the end I ended up paying 250 pounds for damages. The documentation provided to me showed that they only changed the damaged tyre 6 weeks after I returned the car. Make of that what you will. However, generally the service was ok.

Rented twice from them. The process is quick and easy. Recommend checking with them before booking online as the website sometimes does not update according to the availability at the branch. they had to cancel in my booking on the morning because the booked car was not available.
