10/10 service from start to finish. Got given a courtesy car in such a good short time frame and they managed to fit around my work schedule and work commitment of needing a car asap. Over the phone and in person, all the employees at colchester are so warm, welcoming and have a really personal service. Lily and 2 other colleagues I can’t remember their name gave me outstanding service from being given the car to handing it back and even politely offered me a lift to my next location in colchester! Would highly recommend and definitely use this company in Colchester again when needing a courstey car.
