Appalling service received from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Dartford, out of hours service. A full complaint has been raised with the AA following the same. I do not intend to post any further material until the investigation by The AA and indeed Enterprise has concluded. I will then post the entire background to this case.

The van was soaking wet when the van was handed over, which hides marks or scuffs. When the van was return the young lady rushed to the back of the van and made a few suspicious movements and magically a scuff appeared on the rear door. They advised me that my deposit would be held and used for repairs. After a long argument the manager came out and realised that I was not going to give in. So with that she waved off the claim. Be aware!!!

Booked a Luton Van 10days before I needed one, for moving house l, all confirmed, no problem then 17:30 the night before I get a phone call saying they have to cancel my booking because the van is no longer available No compensation, no alternative no apology, nothing House move fell through, now homeless

Appalling customer service. Car refused due to awful stains on the drivers seat which when queried I was told ‘it’s been cleaned’, promised a call back this afternoon regarding a car for a new date, still no call 9 hours later. They clearly don’t need the business.
