Service was good up until today. No correspondence to inform us the car needed to be returned today. Luckily i rang them. We were told the car would be picked up in the afternoon. I then received a call saying car had been returned with only 3/4 tank of fuel. Which I said was incorrect. Yet when I returned home a 5pm and then again at 7pm the car is still outside our house. Someone obviously not doing their job. So the car will now be late back. Not my problem and I won't be paying for it as we have no keys to use it.
