    I have had my hire car for approximately 5 months and so far have been completely happy with the service that I have gotten from Enterprise. I have had to go into the office twice since first taking the rental to renew my contract and each time the staff have been really friendly and helpful. As it’s a small office I think I have spoken to the majority of the staff at some point and they are all fantastic. On my most recent visit to Enterprise they took the vehicle to the workshop at the back while I signed my contract and checked the oil levels for me and even pumped the tyres. I would definitely recommend this company to both individuals and businesses.

    I recently (2 weeks ago) used Enterprise in order to rent a van for use in helping me and my partner move home. Given this was my first time hiring a vehicle I had a few extra questions. One representative inparticular, Anna, was helpful in sorting me out with the vehicle, allowing me to check the vehicle out for any previous issues, advising of the damage policy and highlighting these prior to getting into the vehicle, which if I were uncomfortable driving was offered to be driven to the exit of the site. With all questions answered, I took the vehicle, after use returned it to the site, and after a quick inspection was advised I'd be recieving the paid deposit within a few days. All in all, the process was handled with ease, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
