The entire process was great from booking and payment to the actual fitting completed by Allan. Work was exactly as described, high quality and tidy.     Envirovent are truly a professional service from the product right down to the after sales and service. Our regional engineer (Alan) is far and above a pleasure to have attend and rectify a couple of issues with our Mr Venty although its almost five years old. He sorted any issues and gave excellent advice. Even the office staff follow up immediately on any issues, and notifying the team to call and rectify. There are a lot of unsatisfactory services around since covid, but rest assured Envirovent are 100% amazing, and I would HIGHLY recommend this business above any other!.     Great communication throughout the process. The damp and mould in the property were quickly assessed by Craig who recommended a PIV to be fitted in the loft and new extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen. The work was carried out professionally and I was able to contact Timea at Envirovent with any queries which she answered promptly. Really happy with the service I received and although only recently fitted the difference in the moisture levels in my property is already evident.     Excellent customer service from Timea- prompt communications at every point and organised the team to visit and inspect the bathroom with poor ventilation. Craig was then friendly and knowledgeable with survey and the job was then undertaken to a high standard by an electrician, using an appropriate fan- an Envirovent Cyclone inline ventilation system. Justin carried out the home survey providing a very professional and informative service. He was great at answering all queries I had on the day, putting my mind at ease by ensuring that the ATMOS for Flats & Apartments and Cyclone 7 would combat the mould and condensation issues I was having. Timea has been great at coordinating the works and providing all information needed to be approved by my flat management company. I cannot praise Shaun enough for his high-quality workmanship. The system had to be relocated due to unforeseen circumstances and he was quick to investigate each room to provide options of new locations. Works took longer than expected due to the nature of the building but once the new location was agreed, Shaun did not stop working and provided a clean quality finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Very impressed with how easy it is to use and would highly recommend. Service: Mold remediation

    ATMOS unit installed in 2018, after trying everything to get rid of mould. This immediately solved all mould problems. Contacted ENVIROVENT in October 2022 due to unit not functioning and mould returning. Two very helpful and polite engineers attended and replaced unit immediately when it could not be repaired. All work undertaken on their 10 year warranty. Excellent service, would highly recommend. Service: Mold mitigation
