We had cctv fitted by ESS in December 2022. They were great with the install, but quickly ran through how to operate the system. Needless to say a month or so later, I had to request someone come round and help us again. They are based 1/2 a mile from our branch. A few weeks ago, one of my staff who had previously had the Hik - Connect App set up by ESS installers, encountered a fault on his phone, so he had to reset his phone, and then the app. But we didnt know the password which ESS set up, so I called their office for help and they sent one of their operatives around that afternoon. He sorted it within 10 minutes!! What a great community service I thought......Then this week I received an invoice for £108.00 for them to come out and set up the app on the phone. What a liberty. I emailed the sales director Paul Gray, who sold us this service, but surprise surprise, he hasn't contacted or replied to me! I shall be contacting their office to dispute this invoice. Had I known of any charge, I would have driven round with the phone. The fuel would have cost about 25 pence. They didn't charge for the first call out to help with the operating system so why charge for this?? It's an absolute disgrace. They even ticked the 'carried out a service' box on the invoice. A service and phone set up in 10 minutes, what a joke. Beware of this company. Services: Security cameras, Installation, Technical support

Whoever is driving yc66kup 12:18 southbound on the m1 needs his licence looking at, so dangerously close to the back of the car couldn't move anywhere due to traffic both sides of us and he was that close we couldn't see below his windscreen and that was at 70mph . Absolutely dangerous driving if the driver has a dash cam review the footage if not then I suggest you have them fitted.
