    They gave me an appointment for the next day at 1pm, i go there they say come back at 2pm mechanics are on lunch, okai fine, i come back at 2pm and they say sorry tyres not arrived come back tomorrow. Wasted my day and time!

    Never will go there again! They gave me an appointment for tracking my car, only to wait a further 20 mins as they were doing another car. Time ran over, so I went into their office to then being told it will be another 20 mins wait - the cheek to tell me whilst they are all eating in the office altogether looking at me & no one was willing to help knowing I have waited for over 20 mins. Unprofessional and incompetent.

    Fantastic Mechanic! Took apart and cleaned and fixed the windscreen wiper linkage mechanism, which had totally ceased up...could not get another part and was close to scrapping the car! Works brilliantly now and I have a clean windscreen as well! amazing service from the mechanic and also amazing customer service from the lady who was helping out on reception! Always a great garage though! highly recommend 👌
