I ordered online. I got items delivered except one item. It was clearly written that item was missing on the packing list. I have called them and contacted via email for a refund or just to ask if the item is going to be sent but no reply. It has been very difficult to get hold of them. Phone just rings no one answers. I'm not going to be ordering from them again due to this reason.
