Booked in my car for service 200 miles sooner than necessary specifically because I had an issue with tyre pressure sensor.. spoke to man on service desk told him this and booked it in with courtesy car (as I live 60 mile round trip away)… I dropped of my car for service and reminded (the person I had initially spoke with on phone) that the rear right tyre sensor needed attention. Picked up the car and sensor was on! I re-set it myself drove for 10 mins it came back on! Called to report this a month or so later to be told why did I leave it so long and was it written on the job card if not it wouldn’t be done! I am NOT an employee of JCB I am a CUSTOMER! Having now to take time off work and wait for 2 HOURS for the issue to be investigated - Not happy
