The worst company in the world. Taxi ordered 2 hours ago, was due to arrive 20 minutes later. After 5 minutes from ordering a text message "the driver is waiting", I go outside, nobody is there ... After the conversation, it turns out that the system was wrong. Then the driver is to come in another 20 minutes ... 40 minutes after the first call, the driver calls that he is waiting in the parking far 5 minutes walk. When I explain how to get to my place he hung up. Attempting to make another contact, it turns out that I have to wait another 30 minutes ... I resigned and ordered from another. Be careful for that company it seems that they don't have enough drivers and lying to consumers they try to keep them to earn some money.

Ordered at 22:50 for 23:18 at Castleford train station as I had been travelling for 12hrs and didn’t want to walk home. Was sent a link to track my taxi. It arrived within moments of getting off the train. Great Value too so gave a tip as well. Oh think Cas Cars and this one are one and the same. Thanks

2 months ago I give it no stars but i have to give you atleast 1 Worst experience I booked at 10:30am for 11:00am and they were late. Then when he did arrive he tried to make me walk down 26 steps after thigh surgery he didn't want to come to the home. Then he argues with saying its the booking offices fault. Then he pulled up and drove a long way round. making me even later for my appointment saying the surgery is on Leeds road, when I need to be in..... When we got here again tried to make me get put where the bins are instead of dropping me at the entrance. Left me drained and unhappy. Very rude behave . Dont have clue wher is he now in cas . Car smell & dirty. No experience drivers. bviously not using again.
