Ordered frozen fish and fresh vegetables and received it today all the frozen fish was on top of the fresh vegetables and the ice pack was on the bottom underneath the vegetables so all the frozen fish was defrosted Half of the vegetables were rotten and and I ordered a pack of king prawn paid £13 which was missing. Pack of frozen vegetable replaced with different types of vegetable. Clearly whoever packed the item didn’t put any effort in it. I should get my money back for the missing items.
