    Joy Fennell of Ewemove Hebden Bridge has been the total opposite of our experience so far with estate agents. She was honest, punctual, efficient and took great pride and care from start to finish. Joy took great photos of our property and priced our property at the right price which meant that we had lots of interest. Even though the first offer fell through, she very swiftly found us a buyer who was motivated to progress their purchase at the speed of us given we had already had an offer accepted on another property. Joy was always a text or call away for any concerns (legit or stupid), and was very reassuring throughout the process. Joy kept us up to date on the whole process, and we exchanged within a month of the offer being accepted. The use of the sale progressers ASAP also helped push the process through. I do think that the one person self employed model of Ewemove has resulted in such an efficient process. I cannot say the same for the estate agents we are purchasing from. I would gladly use Joy again on a purchase or sale.

A lovely person to deal with, on what can be a big emotional thing to do - helped us get things right, really helped manage a smooth process between solicitors and was always pragmatic in keeping things moving! We spoke to a few agents first, and she was by far the best one with the best strategy. And got above asking price!

We had viewings immediately, our previous agent did not have a single prospective purchaser viewing in 2 months, and a quick sale.     We were buying our first house and after hearing the horror stories from people who purchased elsewhere in the country through different estate agents, I can't believe how amazing the Hebden/Sowerby Ewe Move team were! Our main contact was Wendy, and all I can say is she was absolutely top class! I'd be happy to say she is an elite agent who many could learn (a lot) from. She was friendly, pro-active, professional, caring, and generally hard working. Any questions we had were responded to in record time. She even went above and beyond after the sale had went through and we got our keys - she had no obligation to do so, but before we asked she was on the phone to fix our issues. It's a breathe of fresh air to see someone who generally cares about their clients. Wendy would certainly get our vote for international estate agent of the year (or decade)! I'd highly recommend their services to anyone in the area, and I hope that we can use them again if we ever wish to move. They will certainly be the first point of contact if so! 11/10 would recommend.
