After the team of Manning Stainton students let us down, lost our keys and struggled to find a tenant, David was professional, communicative and genuinely gave me the feeling of a personal dedicated service.   Mr Walker did the impossible and got us sold for more than we anticipated! We used 2 different agents before him (well known too) who couldn't even get viewings at a significantly lower price. The moving house journey was already stressful enough for us, particularly as there were a lot of parties involved, but David always went above and beyond in making it easy as possible, contacting all parties and ensuring everyone is on the same page (alongside a sales progressor). David is certainly the best in the area (maybe even the country) he even has his own book on how to sell a house, which isn't something I've seen before. With attention to detail and of course hosting the viewings himself you're reassured throughout the process that David will get you sold. If you're in North West Leeds and you need a personable, empathetic and professional estate agent who puts in the elbow grease, he is essential!

  The worst estate agent I have ever come across. Arrived for a viewing and was treated incredibly rudely, not welcomed at the door, time had been prearranged however David Walker was not ready to conduct the viewing and expected us to stand outside in the rain (Me, My wife and 6 month old child).

  David has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Selling your house is mega stressful but David made everything so easy to deal with. He was always available regardless of time of day thankfully as it's not always easy to sort things out between normal "9 - 5" working hours. All viewings were assisted by David and feedback was given to me straight away both verbally and written. Once I had accepted an offer on the house, David was there to communicate between myself & the buyers alongside the solicitors. I would highly recommend David and Ewe Move!
