They went out of their way to keep us informed as the job progressed, often asking us for our thoughts. The finish is very professional and the stove looks fabulous. Unexpected Survey Charge It was suggested to us in-store mid-Feb that we should have a home visit as the best way to progress. My wife left messages to arrange this and eventually was called back to arrange it. Despite being 30 mins late we were initially impressed until we were asked for £45. There was no mention of this in any 'phone call, in person when we were in-store, no signs in store and there is nothing on-line to inform customers of this charge. My wife 'phoned to discuss and Nigel was rude and dismissive on the call, saying he had told us this in-store (we only spoke with a female sales assistant). He said he would call us back and hasn't. I have contacted other local companies and two will come to your home for free and another will charge £25, which is £20 cheaper.
