John is very professional, kind and considerate. He removed years of stain from our couch and dining chairs. He did the carpets in several rooms and was kind enough to do additional areas. Besides a great professional cleaning, he is great to chat with and very resourceful. He offered advice and contacts for a few remodeling projects around the house and garden. The carpets were obviously lighter color after the cleaning. Overall great business!
