Plus points They arrive on time and do not let you down They do a quality fitting Listen to what you require and supply and fit at a fair price carpets or flooring of your choice and budget Friendly and approachable and leave your home clean and tidy and smart Just be aware if you are elderly or disabled please make sure you can have help on hand to remove your old flooring etc to the local tip as they don't dispose of old flooring but this is usual practice so not a complaint or criticism
