I've just returned from another Far and Ride adventure, this time in Ecuador! This was my 5th horse riding holiday with Far and Ride, and as always the experience exceeded all of my expectations. I knew I wanted to do another ride in South America, and after sharing my preferences and interests with Holly from Far and Ride, she handpicked the location and also devised an itinerary that aligned with my vacation schedule. Due to a busy work schedule, I did absolutely no research or planning ahead of this trip, and I was only able to do that because of the unwavering confidence and trust I have in Holly and the team at Far and Ride. The team arranged all communication, transfers, and activities with our hosts in Ecuador. I felt incredibly safe and well looked after, and I was given two horses to ride during the trip that aligned perfectly with the preferences that I shared with Far and Ride. An added bonus - a Far and Ride team member ended up joining our trip and providing many updates on Instagram, giving my friends and family at home a front row seat into our adventure :). Finding Far and Ride has allowed me to travel to places I previously only dreamed about, experience various cultures, foods, and landscapes not available to the average tourist, and, most importantly, meet lifelong friends. Simply put, these holidays have changed my life. I cannot wait for my next horse riding holiday and am excited to see what Far and Ride has in store for me next!

This time, 10 days riding throughout Ecuador on wonderfully fun and kind horses, unforgettable views and great company and hosting by Hacienda La Alegria. Amazing to work with. Natalie was super responsive and thorough, and our riding tour through Spain was exquisite. Everything was planned perfectly. The tour itself was so unique and beautiful, the riding itself was safe but exciting, and all our accommodations exceeded expectations. Our hosts throughout the trip were lovely and helped make our stay memorable. I was worried about the trek not matching our experience level, but Natalie reassured me, and things turned out to be perfect! We'll be sure to book again!
