I had never towed before and was quite nervous. Felicity was friendly but firm and soon put me at ease. By the end of my towing session I had learnt all I needed to tow safely and securely. I bought a Motorhome manouevering course for my wife's birthday as she wasn't too confident in driving our new vehicle. Dealing with Fliss from understanding what the course will cover, placing the order and all the way through to post-course feedback was simple and informative. The course itself definitely boosted my wife's confidence and she cannot not speak highly enough of Fliss and the way she interacted - explaining how to do something and why it is done that way. Plenty of good tips not only about driving a motorhome but motor homing in general as well. Fliss made my wife feel at ease throughout the whole course. We both highly recommend Fliss unreservedly.

We are new to caravans and decided to book a course with Fliss prior to collecting our first one. Fliss was absolutely excellent, so knowledgeable and professional taking us through the basics of hitching up, correct loading before practising manoeuvring, reversing towards and into a pitch This was followed by practice in towing through differing road conditions through town and rural locations. By the end we both felt confident thanks to Fliss and 2 days later completed a 225 mile journey from Glossop to Suffolk safely returning with our new caravan I would highly recommend anyone to do the course, Fliss was brilliant and clearly has bags of knowledge and enthusiasm - a big thumbs up from us

Enjoyed an excellent training day with Fliss - Fliss came to my home and we set up my car and caravan. Covering loading, nose weight and all pre checks . She then took my on a driving route to gain confidence on all sorts of roads , culminating in reversing and parking up. She knows her stuff! Post course notes received. Now feel confident to share driving with my husband and build on new towing skill. Fliss is very friendly and a very knowledgeable instructor- go for it!
