Absolutely steer clear. I have lived in one of their properties for just 2 months and it’s been one nightmare after the after, resulting in me being told to get a hotel for 2 nights last week as my flat was unliveable in. I was asked to pay for that hotel myself and provide receipts - I am still chasing half my money and being flatly ignored by Josh. He is one of the most unprofessional and uncommunicative people I’ve had the displeasure to deal with. The problems remain ongoing with the electrics, water heater and damp/black mould (thanks to a string of useless contractors) with no apparent urgency to get everything resolved so I can live safely in my home.
