    Worth waiting for ! I was treated to a pair of eclipse diamond and gold earrings for a big birthday but due to covid had to wait for 3 months to collect them - I didn’t want to chance the post - ( I live some distance away).Absolutely delighted with them and fab service . Fiona kept me informed during lockdown and made sure they complimented a diamond I already have . Thanks so much .

    If your objective is having an experience when purchasing gifts for yourself or others, Fionarae in Hatfield House will provide just that. As you walk around the stable yard in awe, entering the beautifully lit Villandry room. The beautiful display cabinets and presentation of the shop, displaying the history of photos and certificates for the Royal Warrant, this really is an organisation to be proud purchasing from. For me, knowing why I want to purchase from an organisation, as opposed to just purchasing a product, is vital. I met Kim last week in the shop, I got to know more about Fiona and her organisation and the 'why' behind Fiona's organisation, which makes the whole experience more enduring when spending hard earned money. This is an organisation I will most definitely be returning to. Thank you for adding to such a lovely day I had at Hatfield House. Best wishes, Louise
