Went for estimate £500. Mentioned it was insurance claim added another £300 immediately. As retired advanced traffic officer met police didn't go down well. Booked for repairs. Then began making enquiries about the company with various friends in repair centres all advised me not to have anything to do with the company.

Had my car for over a month for a simple bumper repair. Not only did this massively effect how much my insurance claim cost (due to hire car costs) I also had issues with the car I had to sort out because it had been parked up for a month. Communication was terrible. Constantly having to chase them up. Was promised call backs which never happened only good thing I can say is that once it was finally fixed the work was acceptable. Avoid if possible.
