If you are looking for a quality fire in west yorkshire look no further. I recently purchased a gazco electric fire from Flames and the results are stunning, it sets off the whole room. I can't speak highly enough of the customer service received from Rachel and the installation team, absolutely first class. I visited a couple of other stores before finding Flames and let me save you the time, don't bother, go straight to the Flames team, these guys are the best at what they do and are highly competitive on price both for products and installation.

I cannot recommend Rachael and the entire team at Flames enough. They have recently installed a stunning feature fireplace with floating electric fire, TV above and Acupanel cladding. The entire installation looks amazing. Tom and Connor have done a fabulous job with the installation; tidy, friendly, hard-working and on time. Rachael has been very patient, dealing with delays to complete the installation due to delays in the building work out of her control. The entire team is fabulous. Thank you.
