Very cool experience and kind staff, I'd highly recommend trying a sensory depravation tank! My only gripe is the fact that I could see some mold in the air vent inside the tank which is why I won't be coming back here as I hate mold with every fiber of my being and it makes me very uncomfortable

First timer doing sensory deprivation tanks and wow, what a unique experience! The staff was welcoming and gave us a run through of how the process works. Each private room has a tank and you're provided with a towel, mouldable ear plugs, something to cover any cuts or nicks you have (it's very salty water so I imagine it would sting a lot) and cotton buds. There's a shower in each room with soap/shampoo for rinsing before and after the session. The tank itself looks a little imposing initially, but the water is warm (my partner felt it was too warm for their liking) and you immediately float like you're in the Dead Sea once you lie back. You have a floating head rest, water spray (if you need to wash off the salty water in your eyes, I needed to use it just once) and two switches in either side to turn the tank lights on/off and an emergency button. The lights in the room and soothing music play from a speaker in the tank for the first 5-10mins to get you in the mood, then turns off before turning on again before your 1 hour is up. It was a strange experience, floating naked (they recommend it!) in total darkness and silence but I quickly felt my muscles relax. You may find your mind wander and think about everything and nothing (I questioned life's existence at one point!) My only gripe is the ear moulds didn't completely block out noise (I could intermittently hear pipe noises I think?) And that the session ended, because I was completely zen by the end! The tall cold glass of water provided at the end was a nice touch too. Pricing wise, I got a float for 2 Christmas gift card for my partner and I (£55 for an hour session for both of us) Haven't been to other places so can't comment how good value for money it is, but it was worth the experience for us. Without subscription, it's £35 per session with options for monthly memberships that gives you 1-4 sessions a month with the subscription. Prepare to wait when you book though as it's popular!

This was my second time and it didn't disappoint. Seamless from start to finish and due to the added confidence, I managed to float in darkness which was an experience in itself! Lovely and clean throughout, all amenities provided were of good quality and added to the overall experience. Staff fantastic. Already looking forward to my next session.
