I had 60SqM of oak flooring replaced in my house and Richard and his team did a great job. I cannot fault the quality of the fitting; very quick and tidy and all my furniture was moved back to its original location. Sally was highly responsive on emails and helped answer all my questions. There was a minor snagging item which I raised with the team and Sally responded immediately and organised a visit to rectify the next day. Great service. We used this company to have our floors levelled and vinyl laid in 2 areas. From the moment we made contact they were extremely helpful explaining the process (which we knew little about) they executed the levelling really well even though it involved working around fitted units. They then took the time to answer questions and recommend flooring types to suit our needs/budget. The build got delayed but they were accomodating in moving the fitting date to suit us and the vinyl was laid beautifully. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this company again and cannot thank them enough for making the process so easy for us. Service: Floor repairs & maintenance
