Customer Service stinks. They treat you like 2nd class citizens. Doriand is impossible to work with. Because their supplies are so cheap, you as a customer is equated as a lower class of people. Make sure you read their documents very carefully. I strongly suggest you have an attorney look it over. It will save you money in the long run.

Great service, prompt responses by phone and email and good pricing. I was given useful advice and help with choosing the right carpet, which was then fitted nicely by the team. We had a small issue that needed to be resolved and this was done really quickly and without fuss - which I think is a sign of good customer service. I would not hesitate to use Floor Direct again.

The best provider ever!😁 Reliable, Professional, I definitely highly RECOMMEND. I was really struggling with refurbishments I needed done , I wish I knew about them sooner. Floordirect came the day after to fit the stairs, really clean, high quality carpet. The guy provided really quick and sufficient service.
