Luke Hemsley and Caroline Plumb have been absolutely brilliant from day 1 in assisting us implement the Fluidly credit control and cash flow forecasting product, attending our offices and listening to our feedback on how to improve the product during the implementation. We use Xero as our accounting platform and the integration is seamless. The dashboard layout is excellent, with an Overview graphic, prioritised Top Action list. It enables automated email chasing with flexible schedules and settings with templates you can edit to suit your needs. Features include tracking of calls, statements and reminders, applying credit limits, various fields for notations on how to get paid quicker. The future cash flow is based on history with the AI robots forecasting the future and you can edit and change the data as needed. I'm literally looking at my Action List now and taking the next steps. In summary I cannot recommend Fluidly and the team more highly.
