I really can't fault the service from Freddie. His depth of knowledge helped us find the right watch. The date just we bought was originally on an oyster bracelet but Freddie went to the effort to source a jubilee strap for and have it fitted. It really feels as if nothing is a problem for Freddie and his team. All of this service and a watch below list price! In a world of charlatans this company is a breathe of fresh air. I couldn't reccomend it enough.

Met Freddie through Chrono24, very nice experience buying with him... Offered time and a no rush approach. As it was my first Rolex purchase, I am happy that I dealt with Freddie. I have since messaged on Instagram enquiring about other pieces he has shown... And I've had no reply, I cant hold this against him as not everyone uses Instagram messages as frequent as others, but he would be losing business by not replying. Will use again though, i'll just make a phone call next time!

Contacted Freddie Keeble twice about a £30000 watch. They/he never got back to me, what a disgusting attitude, terrible arrogance or they didn’t actually have the watch in the first place. Plenty more watch dealers around who want my business. Now purchased the watch elsewhere , so bad luck Freddie. P.s I got a better deal buying from a Rolex dealer directly, so your price wasn’t that great. Pays to shop around.
