I had visited a range of kitchen suppliers such as Kutchenhaus, Homebase, Magnet, Howdens, and Travis Perkins before chancing upon Freestyle when driving past their Chichester showroom. So I turned around and popped in and had a chat with the designer - it was my lucky day because I had found a gem. From first appointment to completion of installation Antony and Elisha in the showroom together with Tim (Fitter), Gary (Plasterer), Martin and Keith (Electricians), plus waste removal guy were efficient, professional, careful, thoughtful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and everything extremely well organised - no need to be stressed as its all done for you and exactly as you would want. Had 2 minor issues; one cupboard door was scratched on delivery and another the wrong size, but both identified by Tim and sorted out by Elisha and/or Antony without undue delay. Should anyone ask me I would have no hesitation in recommending that they speak to Freestyle before deciding who to choose for a new kitchen

The team at freestyle have done a fantastic job, we cannot recommend them highly enough. Antony designed our perfect kitchen and was able to tweak the design due to a last minute building change. Elisha organised everything brilliantly and communicated well. Tim is a fantastic kitchen fitter. Clean and very professional, as well as a great carpenter. We will definitely use them again if we need a new kitchen (although this ones so solid it'll probably be 20 years).

We feel so lucky to have found such a great local company to completely change our kitchen. The customer service we have received has been one of the best experiences, which made the whole process seem so much less daunting. From our original consultation with Antony, who listen carefully to what we wanted and help advise us where needed. Elisha was great at organising everything, and has been fantastic with communication, making sure that all the dates work with us too. Tim who fitted the kitchen, was so lovely and did an incredible job too! Martin and Keith worked wonders on the electrics and thought about all the smaller details, and Gary did a great job on the plastering. All in all something we were slightly apprehensive about, considering it is such a huge part of a house, the turnaround was so quick from rip out to a completely new kitchen. The quality is great and we honestly could not be happier!! We cannot recommend this company enough!! So if you are questioning who to go for, look no further because Freestyle are AMAZING!!!

Right from the start, Chichester Customer Services Manager, Elisha Hayward made us very welcome and gave us good some good advice with regard to choosing kitchen surfaces and finishes. She then made us an appointment with the resident Kitchen Designer Antony Riley, who listened to our wishlist and made an appointment to carry out a site survey. With his advice we changed our layout several times but eventually (we are sure Antony phewed a sigh of relief!) selected our doors, surfaces and quartz worktop. We are really pleased with our drawer units (no more loosing stuff in the back of cupboards). Nothing was too much trouble, even lending us various samples to take way and try against our cream AGA. We were surprised that they even said they could fit before Christmas. The kitchen installer helped us remove the old quartz worktop from the island unit and carefully took out the old units (which were destined for Poland) and stored them ready for collection. The kitchen installer, Tim Goddard is very methodical and cleared the kitchen in a few hours ready for the electrics then replastering by Gary Armstrong who did a fantastic job. Martin Houghton and Keith Evans came back and completed the electrics during installation. Tim Goddard completed the kitchen installation and plumbed in the Blanco sink, Boiler and taps in a few days. We couldn’t be more pleased with our kitchen and whilst there were a few snags they were sorted out in the New Year. We will be highly recommending Freestyle Kitchens to all our friends!

We have just had a new kitchen fitted and this is the 3rd time of using Freestyle and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only are they priced well and very competitive against other suppliers their service is outstanding! We have dealt with both Steve in the past for wardrobes and Richard for 2 kitchens. Our most recent kitchen was fitted by Tim and cannot fault his meticulous carpetery and eye for detail. We are absolutely delighted with the product chosen and the management of the process. Alisha has been amazing in pulling everything together and nothing was too much trouble. Freestyle certainly have not forgotten the art of customer service and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We selected Freestyle Kitchens of Chichester to renovate our kitchen and dining room, which entailed breaking through the walls to open-plan the space. The result is stunning! The team, led by head designer Anthony Riley, went above and beyond to deliver on every request and every change we made along the journey. Anthony, with his design expertise, guided us through the myriad of choices and decisions and Elisha at front-of-house ensured that the members of the team coordinated seamlessly and efficiently to bring the project to completion on time. Kitchen renovation is daunting, and we thank Freestyle Kitchens for taking us by the hand and leading us successfully through it all. Beyond expectations! So very impressed with the service I received from Freestyle in Chichester. I had several meetings with Antony before agreeing my design. He was able to make what could have been a stressful time actually quite enjoyable with his patient, knowledgeable and relaxed approached. Elisha, always so calm, friendly and efficient, never too busy to respond to queries in a timely fashion. Tim and the rest of the team, (electricians, plumber and plasterer), completed all their work to a very high standard, always arriving on time, efficient, friendly and respectful. I now have a fabulous new kitchen and can't recommend freestyle highly enough.
