Booked appointment and they asked me to give them my card details by phone!!! which is illegal and they said they will not give me the link to pay safely and cancelled my booking when I came at my time. there is no information about that when I booked (and when I came they said I could have paid online, but when I called they said only card details - who does that anyway?). Also on a phone they said I can come at my time might be available and I said I would definitely come. I would say it is the worst experience ever . Really upset, nearly crying… though I said I will come by phone. oh and the girl (when I came) asked my to go to another place - amazing suggestion! Like the best goodby ever😂they definitely new I would come as they new my name even…just decided to pick a customer… oh well… my first and last time… ever
