Lauren was amazing; really friendly and very informative. Me and my boyfriend went for the holistic back massage. Honestly the best massage I've ever had! She worked out the knots in my shoulders and found one in my lower back I didn't even know about. The room was beautiful and very calming; we immediately felt relaxed. Would highly recommend!

The place is amazing like Joe who owns its. I go for aqua yoga and yoga and it's one of the best things I ever done I also go for leg message and use the relaxation room for a girlie day give it a try you love it .
