NEVER EVER ORDER WITH THEM Honestly disgusted by this company. Never ever dealt with a company like this. Item received damaged, contacted themselves and answered a number of questions which also insinuated I was lying, no apologies on their behalf. After this back and forth, I requested a refund than a “top up” of the amount of oil lost. Never heard back. Got PayPal involved in the end. The company also kept saying I have to pay for return delivery/return delivery wouldn’t be refunded. After reading out Goods Acts, they agreed that I could pay for the return postage and it be reimbursed but silly me believing this as they now haven’t replied to my last 10 emails showing proof of postage receipt for reimbursement.

Made an order 6 days ago, next day I realised my old address was on the order. They don’t take telephone calls anymore you can only contact via email. So emailed and got a reply back within the hour stating they had changed my address for me. Goods arrived today perfectly packed Great smells in essential oil etc very happy customer

Misleading information in products. They hide real reviews on the website so it looks like everybody is happy with the products. They burnt my face, I wasted money and I need to go to the doctors because the information they had in the website was incorrect. It’s ilegal and I will report this further.
