Nie traktowano nas „poważnie” Nie miłe komentarze w naszą stronę na temat zębów przez osoby „pomagające” dentyście. Bardzo nie profesjonalnie, obsługa na recepcji za każdym razem podawała inną cenę usługi gdzie w kontrakcie ceny były inne, a gdy poinformowałam, że mam inną cenę w kontrakcie to widziałam „niezadowolenie” na twarzy recepcjonistki. Musieliśmy pilnować naszej spłaty invislign bo również doszlo do nieporozumienia gdzie musialam się martwić i szukać naszych płatności aby mieć pewność, że nasze płatności są poprawne. Nasz czas tam to była jakaś pomyłka, stres, zaniedbanie. Błędy które popełniła klinika - było ich wiele, ja jako pacjentka musiałam pokrywać koszta, a nie oni - jako ich błąd, oczywiście nie zgadzałam się na to, a wiadomo jak są traktowane takie osoby. Nie polecam leczenia w tej klinice. Recepcja bardzo nieprofesjonalna. Najłatwiej było zgonić wszystko na pacjenta,szkoda, że nikt nie potrafił odpowiedzieć za swoje błędy.

Had an amazing clean with Justyna, she didn’t rush through it. She spent time and attention cleaning each individual tooth and I’ve come out feeling so fresh! She and the reception were both really friendly. Inside is clean and decorated nicely! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a hygienist

Love this place. Everyone is so gentle and kind. It's spotless and has all the latest equipment. Most importantly everyone is great at their job, knowledgeable and deliver excellent customer service. I would highly recommend. I've been going to a place since my childhood which was OK and tried a few places out when I left the area. This is hands down the best in every department. I've had invisalign and 5 dental cleans and every interaction has been 5 star. Due for some fillings in a few weeks but have no doubt that'll be a good experience too as the dentist check up was pleasant.

I just had a scale and polish hygiene appointment at FDC and had an amazing experience. The practice is very clean, the front office staff are friendly, and Justyna was so pleasant and provided exceptional dental care...and this is coming from a son of a Dentist. Plus they prices are a lot less than the private dentist I used to go to in Marylebone. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
