Excellent service from this company. We needed a new seat spring fitted to a Sherborne Bergen recliner. Communication with the Dorchester office by email and telephone was friendly and efficient. The visit request was promptly allocated with a date and time. The technician was able to fix the chair and business was concluded in the timeframe allocated for the visit. The whole experience was excellent. The technician was friendly and efficient and Sharon in the office was a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend this firm. An additional bonus was that their charges were far more reasonable than the Company suggested by the Furniture manufacturers.

I have an electric reclining leather armchair which has been the most comfortable chair I have ever had in my seventy odd years. It is over 20 years old and well used, so much so that the padding and springing had come to the end of their life so I considered buying a new chair. To purchase a chair of the same quality and style I found would cost upwards of £2000.The mechanics of the chair still worked perfectly so I contacted Furniture Medic Bournemouth for a quote to bring it back as best they could to its former glory. Shaun of the company called and took details and a quote was produced which although not cheap was good value against the cost of a new chair. I accepted the quote and the chair was duly collected. I must admit I was a little nervous about what could be achieved but when it was eventually returned I was absolutely delighted. The chair looked brand new. A piece of cream leather that had to be replaced was a perfect match and the work replacing the filling and springing was superbly executed. A cleaning process was carried out which made a huge difference. I congratulated Shaun on a job well done and explained that I would have no hesitation in the future in having the two matching sofa's similarly treated. Thank you Furniture Medic. John P.

Just received my beautiful chaise longue back from furniture medic. Reupholstered and covered in amazing printed velvet by 'Becca Who' it is stylish and looks new, whilst retaining old memories of times past. Service from furniture medic was outstanding from start to finish - friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to Shaun, Nigel and Adie, and to Sharon and office staff. It was delivered and returned on the days and time windows they offered and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants care taken with a precious piece of furniture.

I had a man from furniture medic come out to fix my chair I was worried about cost and weather it could be fixed but to my relief the service I got was amazing the quality of service I got was top standard the price for the repair was very good and I would definitely use them again the man that fixed my chair was called shaun he was polite kind and helpful he is an asset to their company I recommend anyone to use this company for repairs.
