Great customer service, very helpful assistance with finding the right part for my Samsonite S Cure Spinner. Got a replacement handle for samsonite s'cure which arrived well packaged and quickly with a hand written thank you card. replacing the case would have cost me at least 3 times the cost of replacement handle and aded to landfill.

The handle on my Samsonite case recently broke at a very inopportune moment, and left me struggling with my luggage. Having first tried to contact Samsonite directly, I gave up and came across the Aldridge website and contacted Jonny. Jonny was fantastic with his communication, and despatched the telescopic handle to my cabin upright bag the very same day. As I was on the road at the time, the parcel arrived the very next day by recorded delivery and was a mint replacement part. Absolutely delighted with the product, communications, speed of delivery, and helpfulness of Jonny himself. Many thanks again, and will definitely be back!
