brought my ring in to resize it, they said that the tiny gems might pop out since it's 5 sizes too big but they told us that they could do it. I was ok with it, we can just get them reset. waited a week, which is the time they quoted us, and called them (yesterday). they said that they won't resize it for us. then we go to pick it up, and they were closed 15 minutes early. we just wanted to pick it up and had even told them an hour prior that we were coming. walked 25 minutes there for nothing. went this morning insead to pick it up since we have to go out of town and didn't want to leave it there, and the interaction was awkward and silent.

This used to be a lovely shop to go into, my dad knew the owner and he was a lovely gentleman. I went in today and the lady behind the counter was so rude. I should have read the reviews about them ripping you off before going in. If it was an heirloom from a beloved parent/grandparent I would have been heartbroken by how she spoke about my piece of jewellery I took in today

Lovely local jeweller. We didn't even buy anything but the lady kindly and carefully gave us a ring finger measurement. I was sorry we weren't ready to buy that day because their selection is great and the ring she chose for my fiancé to try was actually a spot-on choice based on his style! Definitely worth a visit.

RUDE - TERRIBLE SERVICE - CLOSED MORE THAN OPEN WITH NO OTHER CONTACT DETAILS, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR JEWELLERY HERE !!!!!!! I took my necklace in for repair because they state a 1 hour repair service. 2 WEEKS LATER, they call me to say its ready, 4 times I went to collect and it was closed every time and then they had the audacity to try and charge me more than they quoted with 0 apology. STAY AWAY

All the Jewellery we bought is gorgeous and the customer service is by far better than anywhere else we have been over the years.
