Honestly would hit no stars if I could. We purchased Gantner software through Health POS following a recommendation from Mind body. I would not recommend you use any of them. In honesty I would borderline say this company is a scam. My husband purchased this for his gym to help us recover from the pandemic. It worked for less than two weeks. We have had so many issues and continually said to Nathan and Wayne that this does not work. Our customers cannot gain access to the building. We have had to leave our doors open more than they have been closed to avoid stranding customers outside. Our turnstile works absolutely fine when not connected and when we operate remotely. However, Wayne and Nathan seem to struggle to understand this information. Giving that they work in software I struggle to understand how they cannot hear us say the hardware is broken. Sure they have shown us computer logs but when your standing beside the hardware and software that is supposed to open the door and the computer is saying its open and the door is saying no. I think il believe what my eyes are showing me which is that their device and software are not working. We have continually requested help and been ignored or treated as if we don't understand software. Nathan and Wayne do reply to messages but unfortunately Nathan struggles to read the whole message. Due to all of this we have been left with no option to send this software and hardware back in the hopes of being refunded.
