Over the last few years, I've had a Line 6 Variax serviced and set up beautifully (including fret crown/polish), a Hughes & Kettner valve head serviced, a new pickup supplied and fitted to a Fender Mustang, and a complete functional renovation of a much-loved but badly neglected Washburn P2 - it was completely dead, now it's in a fit condition to be gigged, and possibly my favourite guitar to play. Hell of a change. Can highly recommend the store. Quick to answer questions, great with communication when they're working on something for you, and the results have been excellent in my experience. Also, when I thought a guitar needed a refret, Phil was quick to tell me it only needed a crown and polish, saving me a fair bit of money.

Great Service!!!! I rang the shop this morning to see If I could bring my new guitar for a set up. They arranged an appointment straight away for the same day despite the busy Christmas week. I went to the shop and Phil very knowledgeable spotted the problem straight away. Fortunately it wasn't a big issue and after a few minutes my Guitar was ready and Phil was very kind and didn't charge me for the work Done. Thank you so much Phil.
