I ordered a pair of Snickers floorlayers knee pads on 4/10/22. I had tried to get these from several places and no one had any in stock. When I ordered them from Garment Graphix they were marked in stock. When they didn’t arrive I emailed them to be told they were in fact out of stock and wouldn’t be back in stock until mid November so I asked for a full refund which they had offered me in the reply to my email. I received an email from them on 14/10/22 saying that was the refund going through to my card and as of today 25/10/22 I still haven’t received it. I have phoned twice and spoken to the staff who are lovely but here I am £55.08 out of pocket. I can honestly say I will not be using this company again nor would I ever recommend them.

One of the worst places I have ever worked, got bullied by the 2 women that did the embroidery, was just them for 13 years plus so didnt like a new person coming in. Hopefully it's a better place now and they got rid of them.
