Arranged to have GHPS come to do a few of our Landlords certificates for our properties in St Albans. Very happy with the service, they advised clearly and helped to put some minor things right to bring the systems up to the current code for passing. The booking process was simple, engineer came out on time as arranged the tenant to be in the property waiting for them, carried out the work and advised every step of the way. Booked in an appointment to get my boiler fixed. Worked around their timings and made sure someone was in the flat all day waiting for them. Only found out in the evening once I chased them for an update on how the visit went that no one had actually bothered to turn up! Was told they got stuck on another job but it's no excuse not to communicate this especially when a friend of mine had given up their time all day to wait for them! They previously claimed they totally understood how it felt to be in the cold during winter with no heating but instead of offering to prioritise a visit said they could try arrange another one next week. Hardly helpful. Poor service and communication. Service: Water heater repair
