I’ve been having acupuncture for the past 6 weeks to help ease lower back pain which I’ve been putting up with for over 2 years after I herniated 2 discs. It’s made a massive difference, whilst I’m still on painkillers, I’ve managed to reduce the number I’m taking. I have more energy and flexibility…it’s improving week by week.
