Having had a bad experience with a previous dentist who were unable to rectify their work which had left me with an uneven bite and exacerbated my TMJ. I had to build up the courage to approach a Prosthodontist in hope that the bad work could be corrected. I have been a patient of Goossens Odendaal for over a year now. My initial appointment, I was warmly and professionally greeted by Reception, a calm welcoming environment. My reconstructive surgery was performed by Inus Goossens who is so gentle and attentive, without doubt, truly genuinely caring about my dental health. I am completely thrilled with the work that has been performed and will definitely continue to be a patient at this Practice. I highly, 100% recommend Goossens & Odendaal Dental Practice.

I attended Goossens and Odendaal Dental Practice as I wanted to correct some cosmetic issues after my braces were removed. Initially, I considered a dental practice closer to home (I live in Hampshire) but was very disappointed with their service. That's when my orthodontist suggested I try here...and I am delighted that I did. From my very first meeting, I was blown away by the amazing care and service I received. Everybody I have encountered within the practice has been outstanding. Inus Goossens did exactly what I needed to. He assessed the situation and put a treatment plan in place that totally fit my needs. He then executed it brilliantly, taking away the stress and worry. I felt perfectly happy asking questions and for alterations. Inus really cares that you are totally content with the end result. He is totally amazing! He really is the master of his craft, I trusted him completely and I am delighted with the results. I also worked with Pieter Odendaal who I found to have incredible attention to detail and operated with such care and precision. He made me feel totally comfortable and it was clear he really cared about how I felt. He is such a legend! Then of course, there is Theresa who answered all my questions and queries, making sure my appointments fit around my schedule, she is a super star! I can honestly say that my round trip of 5 hours to visit the practice was worth it! I'd drive 10 hours for their exceptional service. They truly are the example of excellence in their field. WOW! If ever a visit to the dentist can be called 'pleasurable' this was one! I was recommended to go for root canal treatment to Inus Goossens who is a specialist in this field of dentistry and has very modern equipment with which to do the minute procedures involved. From start to finish the experience was most impressive. The personal medical information was all done ahead of time, the making of the appointment was quick and efficient, I was given a professional and warm greeting from the reception staff and did not have to wait for the appointment to start. Inus is a very caring, considerate and talented dentist who clearly wants the very best for his patient. He explained every step of the treatment beforehand, during, and then with x -rays showed me exactly what the end result was. His dental nurse was very efficient and this added to the experience as she knew exactly what was required next in the procedure and this resulted in adding to the smooth running of the treatment. Thank you to all the staff that made this treatment a successful one-worth every penny!!

When I first came to Inus I was in a seemingly impossible-to-fix dental/bite/TMJ situation. Inus worked out a plan, and over about 18 months managed to re build my teeth, restore my bite and thereby having a huge positive impact on my health. Inus works with great skill and precision. His friendly, honest, open approach has been instrumental in restoring my confidence in having work done, and learning the importance of caring for my teeth properly. All the staff are professional and very caring. From the first moment you walk through the door you are given a sincere warm welcome by the lovely, kind and efficient Therese. I am so grateful for the way Inus and his staff have looked after me, and found a solution to an impossible situation for me. I really wouldnt want to go anywhere else.
