Not impressed as Gordon arranged an appointment with my elderly parents who need replacement heating and new water heater system. He arranged an appointment to meet on Tuesday 20th October but he cancelled late Monday afternoon saying he was too busy & booked up for work till end of year!! ☹☹ Mum was very upset as I was as he was recommended by friends 😡😡 Disappointed Gordon the Gasman.
