Kid-friendliness: NOT allowed prams at tables, will be asked to put them in a different area completely out of sight due to H&S issues supposedly. Wheelchair accessibility: Pram not allowed at tables so neither would a wheelchair or walking frame, they said it was due to H&S issues. Dietary restrictions: Not allergy safe, ordered a gluten free cake and given wrong cake containing gluten.

I was in your premises on Friday the 19th of May after lunch and I witnessed a male member of staff raising his voice in a full tearoom to female members of staff. I thought that this was very inappropriate in front of customers and to be honest not a good look for your business. I came in with friends to enjoy a drink and food to witness this behaviour, I will not be returning to your tearooms as I found this experience quite honestly disturbing and not needed. I think your staff should be made aware of this situation and made known it will not be tolerated. One unsatisfied customer.
