I have just had a two night stay here With my dog,and what a wonderful experience it has been. Stephen and Liz are so welcoming and helpful, the room was amazing, so well equipped and very spacious. The breakfast was also very very lovely, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. They make you feel very welcome, and they have great local knowledge. A really wonderful place to stay.

A lovely house with great facilities, great shower in the room and toilet. Comfy bed. Beautiful cooked breakfast. Owners amazing, very friendly and respectful. Place is dog friendly which is great. It's got a good link to Felixstowe beach and port. Highly recommended. Thank you for having us!

My husband and myself really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel is dog friendly so our pup got to come with us too which made us both very happy. The couple who own it are fabulous people, their fried breakfast is amazing and they are so friendly and happy to help you with anything. Being avid walkers we enjoyed the walk to the beach front and the town. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Loved our mini break in Grange Farm. Room very spacious with ensuite and views to front and back garden. Spotless clean. Very friendly hosts and a super breakfast with local products and made as our wishes. Lovely chats with Stephen and other guests during a very relaxed breakfast. Will re-book soon.
