This is our favourite soft play area, very clean, play area brilliant, food and drink good and the staff are all lovely . I actually commented to the lady cleaning the toilets that they are always immaculate and every time I go in she is always in there working hard, she replied I like to keep them really clean for our customers, it's very important. She certainly does😀 Well done .

Very friendly softplay facility staff were welcoming and helpful. They have a great little working ball pit, unlike some other softplay facilities. Well maintained equipment to keep the kids entertained. The cafe has a choice of good quality food and drinks with very nice clean surroundings. I can definitely recommend booking a session for your children or grandchildren

My first experience here with my little 3 year old was absolutely great! I came Thursday and the staff are so friendly and kind, especially this young lad who was very polite and easy to speak to (he definitely needs a raise or a promotion) The indoor area is clean and well maintained with different slides to pick from (which you could see your own reflection in), multiple light features and mini windows in the floor creating a wonderful atmosphere for children, it also has a lovely cafe and kitchen with a wide variety to choose from, definitely recommend the pizzas and hot chocolate The outdoor area was closed due to the heavy rain (this would had expected as its weather dependent), but from what I saw and got told it had 2 jumping pillows, a massive sandpit, a go kart track, a big climbing frame with multiple slides and swings I would totally recommend to anyone wanting a a great 2 hour 15 mins with their child to pass by time in a warm, friendly atmosphere!! I will definitely come next time when the weather has improved so then the outdoors is open and is worth the money for entry and at Woodys Kitchen

The soft play is brilliant - our little boy always has the time of his life and the facilities are clean and well maintained. The one downside is when leaving through the adjacent garden centre, the displays have a wide and wonderful variety of toys for kids around the age of the soft play. While I appreciate there are overheads and all businesses need to make a profit, at a time when a lot of families will be on very limited budgets and a visit to the soft play is a real treat, it is not possible to always pay for soft play AND a toy afterwards. Explaining to a 2 year old that they can't have a new toy as well usually results in a meltdown as we leave, which I feel could be avoided if the displays were changed, although appreciate, the company needs to pay overheads etc. so only a slight gripe.

Great soft play with my three and one year old. The soft play area is clean and well maintained. The whole area is secure so I felt the children were pretty safe. I was pretty impressed overall. The food situation really let it down. I booked a session 1445 to 1700 so sat down to order some now very hungry children some food at about 10 past 4 to be told the kitchen closes at 4. I really don't understand why this would be the case and felt like I'd just have to leave early. Made do with a cheese sandwich for the eldest and an emergency pouch for the baby. I'd definitely go back, the staff and centre were great but don't be caught out by the odd timings for food.
