I've lived in GNT since 2007 and am still here. It's quiet (Southern side) and close to just about everything interesting in Manchester. The new building management company, Zenith, is very good. It's very clean, and the concierges are friendly and professional. Active Facebook group where you can get help and advice. Definitely value for money.

don't go above ground floor in this building if your scared of heights, the lift is an external glass box and the staircase has glass walls and there's no warnings! i was recently sent to the 19th floor in the lift by the concierge and endured the most traumatic experience of my life, never again!!!
