Not so great when you have a problem, i now have to take a picture of a venetian blind in a bay which has already been made wrong once as it was 10cm too short. I have to take a hour out of my day as the pictures from the customer showing the fact the blind is again too short against the other 3 blinds and has 1 slat less than the rest. I now have to position the tape measure and take a picture of the full blind with the tape measure all the way to the bottom showing the size. They have made this one wrong again. They also sell venetians which they dont have stock of and you end up waiting an age. Try sunwood much better.
